Projects

My CS-adjacent projects, academic and personal!

This is my VR scuba diving interface project. It was designed for underwater navigation and communication via hand gestures in a virtual environment. It was developed in Unity and C#

This is my Smart Night Light PCB project. It features a completely custom PCB I designed and soldered by hand, as well as a custom 3D printed diffuser. It automatically adjusts brightness and hue based on room brightness, can detect motion, and features capacitive buttons with haptic vibration feedback. The entire functionality is explained in the video.

This is a wearable MIDI controller created by myself and my colleague, Haley. It has 4 distinct input methods: motion, a flex sensor, a pressure sensor, and a conductive stretch sensor

This is an AirPlay Receiver Interface built with a Raspberry Pi, 3.5 inch touchscreen, Shairport-Sync and my own python script called ShairportSync-Pi-Console!

This is a basic reaction time tester I built in python for my human-computer interaction class. This project-based class taught me valuable UI/UX skills, which I put to use in many projects and internships.

More of my projects are on my github, but many are private as uchicago profs require our project repos to be private
